Advisory Committee on Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities

Advisory Committee on Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities, composed of experts from both public and commercial sectors, has been established to review and make recommendations on enhancing work opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Terms of Reference

To advise the Director of Social Welfare on :

• development of strategies to promote self-reliance of persons with disabilities;
• strategic directions and measures for the promotion of services/products provided by persons with disabilities";
• implementation of the "Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small Enterprise Project"; and
• role and responsibilities of the Marketing Consultancy Office (Rehabilitation).
